Dr. Timothy Kinkead, MD

Have had 3 surgeries performed by doctors at Cape Cod Orthopedics; when I was younger I felt my concerns addressed more or less, but my recent experience totally different; now that I’m older am getting the “ageism” vibe: staff are increasingly eager to dismiss my concerns as not valid, and not to expect much improvement because of my age. I will not be returning to this practice.

Dr. Kinkead was highly recommended by my trusted PCP. I've seen him twice as I await my hip replacement. He explains everything from start to finish. He has a great bedside manner, he's kind, gentle and sympathetic. I'm positive I am in great hands.

This was my first experience with major surgery. My X-rays indicated my right hip was in terrible condition. Dr. Kinkead explained the prodecedure and that he would be in charge start to finish. The entire staff was on top of all needed appointments and follow up. I was very impressed with the professional care I received.

I had my first ever surgical procedure done so I was quite nervous going in. He took the time to explained everything to me that was going to happen, and with his tremendous bedside manner, I knew I was in the right hands. when I had woken from the procedure, he was right there to explained everything to me of what he had done and got me on the right path to recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Kinkead for any time of knee procedure.

Dr Kinkead was very kind and explained everything that needed to be done and what to expect. He said no one else would touch the knee except him from beginning to end. He instilled a sense of confidence in me about the whole procedure from start to finish.
