very awesome visit always office staff very pleasant and knowledgeable Dr.Lipman and physcian assistants very kind and pleasant take their time explain things skillfull with procedures dont rush you out I am pain free at this point not the case with other orthopedic offices in the area my only complaint (if I had to) would be waiting area dirty and check in nurse a bit stand offish and hurried

This was m fist time at the Cambridge Hospital Ortho Clinic-- and I wouldn't return if they were the LAST hospital on the planet! I can't believe I took time off of work for this... I waited for THREE hours because the front desk checked me in wrong; after watching 4 people come in after me and be seen before me, I asked what the status was- they assured me I would be seen soon. Two more people came in after me went in before me. I asked again- they didn't even bother to check what was taking so long until I had sat there for two hours and asked a third time. It was only then they noticed their error. After THREE HOURS- I finally saw the doctor (if he can even call himself that!) Dr. Lipman was in and out of the office in less than THREE MINUTES! (no exaggeration) he didn't do an exam, didn't ask any questions, cut me off when I tried to talk; he was rude, cold, condescending and worthless. The fact that he even charges for his so-call services is CRIMINAL!!!
