Dr. Gregory Guyton, MD

I have seen Dr. Guyton 3 times for foot problems. I am a professional dancer and I don't trust my feet to many people. He tries non-surgical options first and he understands dancers. I don't want anyone else dealing with my foot injuries. Yes, I highly recommend him.

I broke my ankle in the 80s and I had metal screws. I was limping and had limited mobility in ankle movement. After surgery and rehab, I had full ankle movement and no limping. No screws. Guyton and the team at Union Memorial Orthopedics are grand.

I had foot surgery and he failed to order clot-preventing TEDstockings, failed to Order appropriate dose Lovenox to prevent DVT, fitted me with improper-sized boot after cast removed, and his surgery triggered 2 left calf DVTS 14 days post-op, WHICH HE SUSPECTED and Ordered me to have urgent Doppler scan at Union Memorial ER, and then he was mysteriously unresponsive to urgent phone calls for 6 hours after the DVTS WERE CONFIRMED, while ER and Radiology urgently sought him to treat my emergency. He was in his office the whole time, ignoring this patient's need for immediate Lovenox injection
