Dr. Barber is more than an outstanding Neurosurgeon. This man was given a surgeons hand and mind by God. My 96 year old mother was almost paralyzed. She can now feed herself, dress herself, stand still without her possibly falling to the floor…she can once again walk by herself. This young man should be Professor not Assistant Professor. There will never be the right words to describe his abilities. I beg you if you have a spinal or neck problem only let Dr. Barber work on you. He has tools and abilities no other doctor has!

Trevor is my grown son. He met Dr Barber in the hospital and he took excellent care of him. If fact he and God saved my son’s life. Trevor had an Epidural Abscess in his spine. The gratitude I feel towards this Doctor can’t be measured. He is compassionate and really cares about his patients. His follow up after his C6 fusion is spot on with Dr Barber. He is an excellent Neurosurgeon and is leaving no stone unturned with his follow up visits. He is the best!

Dr. Sean Barber is the best neurosurgeon in Houston. He operated on my mother, who is 95. She was walking that night and didn’t even have to have therapy. He is awesome, amazing, and a special man. Don’t even have second thoughts about having him treat you. My mother had a spinal laminectomy. Went home without pain pills. Amazing! My sister said he was the most amazing doctor she ever met! He was the most meticulous and thorough surgeon she had ever talked to. She was comparing to her fusion, and several back and shoulder surgeries. Way to go Dr. Barber ... you are it!

Dr. Barber did surgery on me after test showed the fusion surgery done on my cervical area the previous month (not @ Methodist) had fallen apart. Dr. Barber sat & explained what happened & how to repair it in the most calm and soft spoken way, that it took away all my fears. The surgery was almost 12 hrs because of damage, but after 3 weeks the pain was almost gone & @ 6 weeks the brace was gone & I was driving again. I feel better than I have in years & able to sleep in my bed again instead of a recliner. I can't Express my thanks enough for all the care he has given & continues to give me.

Couldn't ask for a better person and quality of service .Always had a plan and never showed any worries . I'm in my earl stage of recovery and still have a long road ahead . Dr. Barber is the MAN !!
