Dr Thomas Ring and his associates treated me with the utmost repect....from start to finish. Dr Ring's friendly and professional approach was very much appreciated. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns before, during and after surgery. After tracking my knee issues for 1 1/2 years we decided the time had come to have both knees replaced but not together...three months apart. I totally agreed with his recommendation. Both surgeries went very well and my recovery has been faster than anticipated. As a result of my success, I have no reservations recommending Dr Ring to anyone requiring orthopedic surgery.

One year ago, Dr. Ring performed my total hip replacement surgery. The outcome could not have been better. Dr. Ring did everything perfectly to ensure successful results. I found Dr. Ring when I was searching for surgeons in the Lancaster, PA area who use the anterior approach for total hip replacement. He is one of the few who have the training to use that approach. One of his colleagues described Dr. Ring as "meticulous" and that's why I chose him to do my surgery. I'm glad I did! During my one-day stay in the hospital, my nurse said "We all like Dr. Ring." That says a lot!

Dr. Ring did two surgeries on my leg: first a total knee replacement and secondly a complete re-alignment of the lower part of my leg. I now walk 4-5 miles a day and have lost 60 pounds - am completely PAIN FREE! This is a very gifted surgeon. He also is kind, nice to talk to, and explains things clearly. I highly recommend this surgeon.
